Charles Eaton Haynes (April 15, 1784 - November 21, 1832) was an American politician and physician. Born in Brunswick, Virginia, in Mecklenburg County in 1784, Haynes graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and practiced medicine. He was elected as a Jacksonian Representative of Georgia to the 19th, 20th and 21st United States Congresses and served from March 4, 1825, until March 3, 1831. Wikipedia
