Charles Henry Prince (May 9, 1837 - April 3, 1912) was a U.S. Representative from Georgia. Born in Buckfield, Maine, Prince attended local schools. He engaged in mercantile pursuits. He was appointed postmaster in 1861. During the Civil War was captain of Company C, Twenty-third Regiment, Maine Volunteer Infantry, from September 10, 1862, to July 15, 1863.
