Charles H. Hollenberg, O.C., M.D., D.Sc., F.R.S.C., (1930 - April 8, 2003) was a Canadian physician, educator and researcher. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he received a Bachelor of Science in 1950 and a Doctor of Medicine in 1955 from the University of Manitoba.
