Charles Dorman, FACHE Director Charles M. Dorman was appointed Director for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (GLA) in April 2004. He leads the largest Department of Veterans Health Affairs entity with a budget approaching $500 million, with employees in excess of 4,000, and provides care to veterans within an area of approximately 250 by 160 miles - from Gardena to Bakersfield, from San Luis Obispo to Antelope Valley. gla.med.va.gov
