Chen Chu (born in June 10, 1950 in Yilan County), a politician in Taiwan, served as Chairperson of the Council for Labor Affairs in the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) administration between 2000 and 2005. She resigned in the wake of a scandal concerning Thai laborers brought into Taiwan to work on the Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit system project.
