Chloe Webb (born 12 June 1956) is an American actress. Webb was born in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York. She grew up in Syracuse, New York. She played the female lead character in the 1986 feature film "Sid and Nancy", which revolved around the life of the Sex Pistols bassist, Sid Vicious, and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen. Webb also played the part of Mona Ramsey in the 1994 television adaptation of Armistead Maupin's novel "Tales of the City". Wikipedia
