Chong Tow Chong Chong Tow Chong is executive director of the Science and Engineering Research Council, part of Sinagpore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Dr. Chong’s research interest is in the field of magnetic and optical data storage, especially in thin films and devices for ultra-high density recording.
