Christopher Michael Benoît (born May 21, 1967 in Montreal, Quebec), is a French Canadian professional wrestler, currently wrestling on the SmackDown! brand of World Wrestling Entertainment. Benoit grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and trained in Calgary, Alberta under Stu Hart in his dungeon. Benoit had also trained extensively in the New Japan Dojo.
