Mr. Langmayer received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from San Jose State University in 1996. He also holds an Associates Degree in General Education from Hartnell Community College in Salinas, California, and Paratransit/Transit Management Certificate form the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
