Chris Ruiz Department Chair Mr. Ruiz graduated from Shafter High School and earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Bakersfield College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from CSUB in Physical Education. He is CTAP I and II certified and holds Education Specialist Instruction and Single Subject Clad Emphasis Credentials from CSUB.
