Christopher Dobbins Christopher Dobbins , 35, is a graduate of Oakland Public Schools. He attended Carl B. Munck Elementary School (’84), Montera Jr. High School (’87), and Skyline High School (’90). Chris, as a pupil, was involved in numerous school activities including music, sports, and student government.
