Colin Carr is a distinguished professor of cello currently at the Royal Academy of Music. Carr taught at the New England Conservatory in Boston for 16 years before taking up his current job at the Royal Academy of Music. In addition, he is also affiliated with the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He took second place in the international Rostropovich Cello Competition.
