Conde Balcom McCullough (1887-1946) was a U.S. bridge engineer who is primarily known for designing most of Oregon's coastal bridges on U.S. Route 101. McCullough was born in Redfield, South Dakota, and graduated from Iowa State University with a civil engineering degree in 1910.
