Cristopher D. Carter (born November 25, 1965 in Troy, Ohio) is a former American football player. He played wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles (1987-89), the Minnesota Vikings (1990-2001) and the Miami Dolphins (2002). Carter attended Middletown High School in Middletown, Ohio. He went on to star at The Ohio State University and was drafted by the Eagles in the 4th round of the 1987 NFL supplemental draft. Wikipedia
