Dale Launer is an American comedy screenwriter. His best known films include "Ruthless People", "Blind Date", "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" and "My Cousin Vinny". In 1997 he sold his spec screenplay "Bad Dog" to Dreamworks for $3 million. It has yet to be filmed, but is in active development.
