I started teaching in 1985 at Degrassi Junior High where I was a no-nonsense English and History teacher. I have been accused of being a racist, and stereotyping students. I also famously flunked Joey Jeremiah. I eventually suprised the students by becoming their vice principal at the new Degrassi High.
