Councilman Hammon is a native of Syracuse and has lived in the Syracuse area all his life. He grew up on a farm and horse ranch located where the Glenn Eagle Golf Course sits today. He attended Syracuse Elementary, Syracuse Junior High, and Clearfield High School, and is currently finishing a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University.
