Dato' Yeo How was first appointed to the Board on 25 January 1992. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is principally responsible for overseeing the financial management of the Group. He has considerable experience in corporate finance and general management. Dato' Yeo How has been with the IOI Group for the past 23 years and, prior to joining the IOI Group in 1983, he was with a public accounting firm for 5 years. ioigroup
