Dave Meehan , President and CEO. Mr. Meehan (b. 1953) joined Aker Philadelphia Shipyard, Inc as CEO on October 13, 2003. In his 25 years at Aker Kvaerner’s Engineering and Construction Group, he has had an extensive background in the engineering and construction of heavy industrial projects in the steel, power and chemical industries. Prior to his current role at APSI, Mr. Meehan was general manager of Aker Kvaerner’s Pittsburgh office. akership
