Dave Parsons is currently based in the Institute of Information and Mathematical Sciences at Massey University, Auckland, where he established the Mobile Java research group, developing partnerships with New Zealand’s mobile communications industry. Prior to his arrival in New Zealand, he worked as an educator, researcher and practitioner in the U.K., latterly as Director of Emerging Technologies for an international consultancy based in the city of London. softed
