Dave Ragone (born 3 October, 1979) is an American football player. He is currently a free agent. At the University of Louisville, Ragone was the second all time leading passer. Professionally Ragone was a member of the NFL's St. Louis Rams. He was a three-time All-American Honorable Mention and three-time Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year. He was selected in the third round of the 2003 NFL draft by the Houston Texans and started in two games behind David Carr. Wikipedia
