David Rhys George Best Cotterill is a Welsh footballer who currently plays as a striker for Wigan Athletic. He had played 57 games and scored 7 goals for Bristol City F.C. before the end of the 2005-06 season. He can also play on the right hand side of midfield. He was voted Bristol City's Young Player of the Season for the 2005/06 season. Cotterill joined Wigan Athletic on a three-year deal for £2 million on 31 August 2006. Wikipedia
