David Debin is an American writer and former producer. His father was a talent agent, and after graduating from Adelphi University, Debin began his career in Hollywood as a writer for "The Dating Game" and "The Newlywed Game". Debin was a versatile force on the Hollywood scene during the 1970's and 1980's. He wrote screenplays such as "Goldie and the Boxer" and the TV series "Harts of the West" (starring Beau Bridges).
