David Ford (born March 23, 1967 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian whitewater slalom kayaker. He began kayaking at age 10, and is a graduate of the University of Alberta. He won a gold medal in the K1 event of the 1999 World Championships La Seu d'Urgell, Spain and won a silver in the same event at the 2003 World Championships in Augsburg, Germany. Wikipedia
