David Klauser Prior to launching PRISM, David was a VP at Xiotech. He joined Xiotech Corporation in 1998 and was part of the original management team. David was part of Xiotech when they were acquired by Seagate Technologies and again when they were acquired by Oak Investment Partners in 2002.
