David Leisure (born November 16, 1950) is an American actor best known for his role as Charlie Dietz in the sitcom "Empty Nest" and fictional (and "lying") automotive "pitch man" Joe Isuzu in a popular series of North American television commercials for Isuzu in the late 1980s.
