David Millar is a Scottish road racing cyclist, currently racing for UCI ProTeam Saunier Duval-Prodir as a time-trial specialist. He has won three Tour de France stages, two Vuelta a España stages, other accolades and has held the King of the Mountains jersey during the current 2007 Tour de France.
