David Moore (1927-2003) was an Australian photojournalist. He began his career in the studio of leading commercial photographer Max Dupain in Sydney, but moved to London in 1951, where commissioned work appeared in the "New Yorker", "Time Magazine", "The Observer" and other publications. A series documenting life in the Sydney slum of Redfern was included in Edward Steichen's major 1955 exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art, "Family of Man". Wikipedia
