David Rodriguez is a New York police Sargeant married to WNBC-TV news anchor, Darlene Rodriguez. He has been accused of rape of a 17-year-old girl in February, 2008 just hours after he and three officers had arrested the girl's 35-year-old live-in boyfriend on a domestic violence charge.
