David Walker (born August 1, 1947) is a Canadian politician. He served in the Canadian House of Commons from 1988 to 1997, as a member of the Liberal Party. Walker was born in Sudbury, Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University (1970), a Master of Arts from Queen's University (1974), and a Ph.D. from McMaster University (1976).
