David Yow is an American musician born in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 2, 1960. He was a co-founder of the Austin, Texas rock group Scratch Acid. Yow originally played bass guitar, then switched to vocals before Scratch Acid relocated to Chicago, Illinois. When that group dissolved, Yow and Scratch Acid bass player David Wm.
