Mr. Desmond Cato Assistant Principal Mr. Cato is in his fifth year as an Assistant Principal at Northwestern High School. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University with a degree in History Education. He received his Master's Degree from Winthrop University and is currently seeking an Educational Specialist and Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from SCSU.
