Derek Dwayne Hood (born December 22 1976, in Decatur, Illinois) is an American professional basketball player. Hood, a 6'8", 222 pound small forward, attended the University of Arkansas. He played two games for the National Basketball Association's Charlotte Hornets during the 1999-2000 NBA season. In 2002 he played for the NBDL's Mobile Revelers, and in 2004/05 with the CBA's Yakima Sun Kings. Wikipedia
