Derek Kickett (born October 6, 1962) is a former Australian rules footballer. From 1989 to 1996 he played 152 games with North Melbourne Football Club, Essendon Football Club and the Sydney Swans and kicked 179 goals. Kickett was a cult figure, known for confident playing style, high leap, evasive skills and his long kicking ability. He was a reknowned exponent of the torpedo punt.
