Donna Lepine is the chief of the A2SG cost estimating and analysis branch of the Battle Management Systems Wing. Ms. Lepine leads and manages the formulation and justification of numerous pivotal high-visibility cost estimates and analyses supporting $8.8 billion of AWACS modernization for the entire A2SG spectrum. She also oversaw the planning and development of a dynamic new software tool to facilitate A2SG the FY08 POM submission which has since been adopted as the Wing standard. integrator.hanscom.af.mil
