Doug Alexander , Vice President Finance Chemicals Doug joined Shell in 1989 and has undertaken a broad range of finance roles for the Group in both the Upstream and Downstream. Prior to joining the Chemicals team Doug was Vice President for Shell Oil Products Latin America. Doug started his new role in April 2006 and is based in London.
