Douglas Hugh Miller (born in Cheshire in 1937) is an English author, biographer, historian, researcher and statistician. He spent most of his working life in market research. He is a keen cricketer, still playing at village level and umpiring in the Thames Valley League. He is also the current Chairman of the Association of Cricket Statisticians and Historians.
