Dr. Silverstein has been an attending staff anesthesiologist at Sparrow Hospital and the Sparrow Regional Pain Management Center since 1994. He currently serves as Medical Director of the Center. He has had teaching appointments as instructor of Clinical Anesthesia at Northwestern University, and Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. sparrow.org
