Dr. Bugbee received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, where graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Bugbee completed his internship in surgery and residency in orthopaedic surgery at UCSD Medical Center.
