Earl S. Bell, also known as Neb Aketu, is a building designer, architectural theorist and inventor. He was born in 1977 and raised in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn, New York. Earl’s passion for science and design began at a very young age. Earl would often filter his concepts and ideas through his imaginative uncle Virgil Bell Jr. to gain insight and encouragement.
