Earl Phillips has practiced environmental law and worked on related utilities projects for more than 26 years. He chairs the firm's Environmental and Utilities Practice Group, which, comprising more than 20 professionals (lawyers, environmental analysts, and environmental managers), is one of the largest among private law firms in the northeastern United States.
