Edna Friedman (November 15, 1921 - June 20, 2006) was an American Subway Model in the 1940s. She was born Edna Kilimnik to Emalia (born 1897) and Isadore (born 1895?), two Romanian Jews who settled in the Bronx near New York City. In 1939, she became a model and soon took a picture with Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia. She changed her name to "Edna Ford" to hide her Jewish background.
