Edward Fargis has more than fifteen years experience in corporate law and compliance, most recently as Vice President and Counsel for Medco Health Solutions, Inc. At Medco, Mr. Fargis was responsible for securities law and NYSE listing compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Previously, Mr. Fargis was General Counsel and Secretary of Multex, a provider of technology solutions, proprietary data and investment decision support tools to the financial services industry.
