Edward Ingo Dow (born September 13, 1904; died December 23, 1992) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served as a Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1959 to 1962, from 1966 to 1968, and from 1968 to 1969. Dow arrived in Boissevain, Manitoba in 1915, and became a prominent businessman in the community.
