Elizaveta Igorevna Khripounova, better known as Elly K, is a Russian-American pianist and singer/songwriter. Khripounova was born in New York City from Russian parents, and grew up in Moscow, Russia. She then returned to America to pursue a career in music and graduated from the University of Southern California in 2003. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
