Emanuel Moreno born in France and grew up in Jerusalem, Israel was a Lieutenant Colonel in the elite special forces unit of the Israeli Defence Force Sayeret Matkal. Moreno was killed in Baalbek during the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict.
