Emily Lau Wai-hing JP (劉慧卿) (born January 21, 1952 in Hong Kong with family root in Nanhai, Guangdong) is currently the convenor of The Frontier, a pro-democracy political group in Hong Kong. She is a full-time member of the Legislative Council (LegCo) since 1991, elected from the Geographical Constituency of New Territories East.
