Emily holds a M.F.A. in Theatre Arts with a Dance Emphasis from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago. She performed in Chicago with the Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago and River North Dance Company. Emily was also a faculty member at the Giordano Dance Center and at the Lou Conte Dance Studio (home of Hubbard Street Dance Company), both in Chicago. She went on to become a company member of Wats on Dance! franklin.uga.edu
