Mark "Flex" Alexander Knox (born April 15, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. He is known as the star of the UPN sitcom "One on One" and for portraying Michael Jackson in the 2004 VH-1 biographical telefilm "Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story".
