Fran Crippen (born April 17, 1984 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania) is a freestyle swimmer from the United States, who won two individual silver medals at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He did so in the 400 and 1500m freestyle. His sister, Maddy Crippen, was a 2000 Olympian in the 400 individual medley and swam for Villanova University.
